Watch Shifts are guard turns that keep your camp watched while you RestRest RestRests are breaks you take to recover between fights and adventures.. During a Long RestLong Rest RestLong Rest is a Rest built around sleep, or equivalent restorative activities if you don’t need sleep., party members can rotate Watch Shifts so everyone gets enough sleep between watches. One person stays awake while the others sleep.
